What is the return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Are personalized items eligible for returns?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they are generally considered final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the details you provided, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
How long will my order take?
Many of our products are made to order and may require preparation time before shipping. Once shipped, delivery within Canada normally takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and 3D printed in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. Every item is carefully inspected before it is packaged and shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
- Economy shipping without tracking: $3.99
- Standard shipping with tracking: $15.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, colors, numbers, or other available options. Enter your customization details on the product page and double-check the spelling before submitting your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Sault Ste. Marie. Select Local Pickup during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide the pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Yes, we offer local delivery within Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Enter your address during checkout to confirm availability and see the applicable delivery fee. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for delivery.
